CAR WEEK: SMART CAR SMART PARKING?
This was spotted early yesterday morning near us. Smart Car, yes. Smart parking, no. Parking like this will put a new meaning to the term "door dings". That's the risk you take when you park like an ass.

The majority of Smart Cars are parked this way in Germany (where Smart Cars come from). Perhaps in time, people in America will learn the usefulness of such parking. I can already think of a few places I've lived in Seattle or Chicago where the difficulty of finding a parking space would make these cars (and this parking style) very popular.
